Step 1: Download the Packsify App or Use the Web Version

To get started, you’ll need to access Packsify either through the app or your browser:

iOS users or desktop: Use the web version here (iOS app is coming soon)

Once installed or opened in your browser, sign up or log in to your Packsify account. This lets you save bundles, reorder with one click, and track every purchase — all in one place.

Step 2: Add Credits to Your Packsify Wallet

Before you can place an order, you’ll need to add credits to your Packsify account. These credits can be used for any supported game and they never expire.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Tap the “Buy Credits” button at the top of the screen.
2. Choose the amount you’d like to add.
3. Select your preferred payment method.
4. Confirm the payment.

Your credits will be available in just a few short minutes. You can track all credit purchases and your order history directly from the main menu.

Step 3: Add Your Game Account

Some games or special bundles aren’t listed by default. In that case, you can upload a screenshot of what you want:

1. Take a screenshot of the in-game offer you’d like.
2. In the Packsify app, search for the game and tap Order Bundles.
3. Upload your screenshot.
4. Enter the amount of currency or bundle type shown.
5. Tap Continue to review your order.
6. Hit Checkout and Confirm.

You’ll see a confirmation screen with a status update and time estimate — and like with quick orders, you’ll enter your 2FA code when prompted.

Step 5: Track Your Order & Delivery Time

Once you’ve placed your order, Packsify takes care of the rest — but you can still keep an eye on everything.

Here’s what happens:

• You’ll see a status update right after confirming your order.
• A delivery window will appear so you know when to expect it.
• If needed, you’ll get a prompt to enter your 2FA code — just pop that in so our team can complete the purchase securely.
• Once the order is complete, open your game — your packs will be there, ready to use.

Everything happens securely and in real time. You can always check past orders and their status in the main menu under your account.
