As a Customer Success Assistant, you’ll help the team stay on track by keeping tools updated, following up with VIPs, and handling day-to-day tasks that keep the experience running smoothly.
This is a behind-the-scenes role that requires ownership, clear communication, and a mindset of continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success team and leadership to ensure every detail reflects the Prestige Club’s high standard
