Customer Success Assistant

Why does this role exist?

We’ve built something rare — a private, invite-only loyalty program for our most dedicated players. It’s called the Prestige Club, and it’s quickly becoming one of the most impactful parts of Packsify.

Now we need someone to support that growth — someone organized, reliable, and thoughtful.
As a Customer Success Assistant, you’ll help the team stay on track by keeping tools updated, following up with VIPs, and handling day-to-day tasks that keep the experience running smoothly.

This is a behind-the-scenes role that requires ownership, clear communication, and a mindset of continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success team and leadership to ensure every detail reflects the Prestige Club’s high standard

When It’s Done Right

  • Tools like Intercom, Discord, and ClickUp stay clean and up to date
  • Onboarding and follow-ups happen on time, without things slipping through
  • CRM records are consistent and reliable
  • VIPs feel supported and engaged through clear, friendly communication
  • You flag blockers early, suggest improvements, and own your tasks fully
  • The Prestige Club continues to grow with structure, clarity, and consistency

What You’ll Actually Do

  • ESupport communication with VIPs across Discord, Intercom, and ClickUp
  • Help schedule intro calls and follow-ups with potential and current members
  • Keep CRM activity clean, consistent, and accurate
  • Share updates on key metrics and responsibilities
  • Assist in onboarding steps and ensure members feel supported
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to improve how we operate
  • Approach every task with clarity, consistency, and care

You’re a Strong Fit If…

  • Have 1–2+ years of experience in support, admin, operations, or customer success
  • Are confident using or learning ClickUp, Intercom, and Discord
  • Communicate clearly and with empathy — especially in writing
  • Stay organized and love helping teams run efficiently
  • Are proactive and comfortable working independently
  • Take pride in building relationships, even in small interactions
  • Are open to feedback and eager to grow personally and professionally
  • Bonus: you understand gaming or creator communities (not required)
