1. Service Overview

Welcome to Packsify! These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your use of the Packsify app and services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Packsify LLC, headquartered in Wyoming, United States ("Packsify," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these ToS and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these ToS, you must not use our Service.

• Order Placement: Customers can place orders through the Packsify app. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

• Order Fulfillment: Upon accepting an order, we communicate via the app to request a one-time verification code for account access, if needed. This code is used to securely access your game account for order completion.

• Account Linking: Customers have the option to save their game account credentials within the Packsify app for all future orders, enabling a fast pick-up option. We use these credentials to log into the game account, as any player would, to make purchases through official stores such as Google Play Store and Apple AppStore.

2. Refund Policy

• Once a purchase within the game is completed, all sales are final.

• If an order has not been marked as purchased or fulfilled, we will make every effort to process a refund.

• If the correct information was provided but an incorrect item was purchased, we will explore compensation options.

3. User Accounts and Data

• Users may discontinue our service at any time. Game account management, including deletions, can be handled via our app. You can remove your game account manually from your Packsify account.

• Upon request, we can delete your Packsify data, adhering to applicable laws requiring data retention.

4. Consent and Privacy

By using Packsify, you consent to our use of your information as outlined in these ToS and our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Disputes arising under these ToS will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Wyoming, United States.

6. Modifications to Terms

Packsify reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new ToS.

8. Live Order Tracking and Delivery

Packsify offers live order tracking, providing updates from order acceptance through to completion, including when we request a one-time verification code, are in the process of making purchases, and when the order is completed. An estimated delivery time is provided for each order.
